The Kaleidoscope Jos are Carolyn Jo & Joni Clare, a Northwoods Wisconsin folk duo — two voices, guitar, keys, percussion. Originals and re-imagined covers for breweries, listening rooms, and outdoor stages.
Long bio
The Kaleidoscope Jos formed in the Wisconsin Northwoods around a shared love of harmony singing and the kind of folk songs that hold a room. Carolyn Jo brings the guitar and the songwriting; Joni Clare the keys, percussion, and a second voice that turns every chorus into a kaleidoscope.
The duo plays a mix of originals and covers — sometimes acoustic, sometimes plugged in — across breweries, distilleries, parks, and private events from Iron Mountain to Three Lakes.
Tech rider
Setup: 2 vocal mics, 1 acoustic guitar DI (or mic), 1 keyboard DI, 1 stage monitor.
Stage area: ~8′ × 6′ minimum. Will provide our own keyboard and stand.
Power: 2 standard outlets within 10′ of the stage area.
Set length: 2 × 45 min, or 3 × 35 min, or one continuous 75–90 min set — your call.
